The company aims to acquire, develop, dispose of, manage and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad, subject to compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold, manage, encumber, exploit and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as finance other companies. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, provide security for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved), pledge or assign assets of the company, or provide guarantees, enter into sureties or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of the company or these other companies, whether for a fee or not. Furthermore, it may conduct liquidity balancing/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) or join such an arrangement with the aforementioned companies, including periodic account balancing (balancing). All of this the company may also do without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the profit-seeking nature of the company and assuming clumping risks. The company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that appear suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that are related thereto. In pursuing its corporate purpose, the company aims to create long-term, sustainable value.
