The company may grant, for consideration or free of charge, loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders as well as to its direct or indirect affiliated companies, and provide guarantees of any kind for the commitments of the aforementioned, including the creation of pledge rights or fiduciary assignments of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind.
