The company's purpose is to acquire, sell, develop, manage and rent real estate in Switzerland and abroad, but in Switzerland only business site properties within the meaning of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. It may operate a business in related and unrelated industries, in particular offering, manufacturing, distributing and brokering services and products. Furthermore, the company may (excluding activities requiring authorization under Art. 2 para. 1 in conjunction with Art. 5 para. 1 and in conjunction with Art. 17 para. 2 FINIG) manage assets of all kinds for its own account and for the account of third parties, conduct financial transactions and acquire, hold, manage and sell participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose or suitable for promoting it. The company is authorized to arrange financing of any kind for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as to grant guarantees, warranties and securities in favor of affiliated companies and third parties. It may take out loans and grant loans, as well as issue bonds and other financial instruments.
