The acquisition, administration and management of participations and investments in any form in Swiss or foreign companies and enterprises (but for those with real estate activities in Switzerland, exclusively companies limited to the acquisition of commercial properties), in particular in medical and paramedical companies. The company may carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE). It may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company is authorized to carry out financing operations, grant loans to third parties, as well as to direct or indirect shareholders of the company and group companies, and provide third parties with all kinds of securities for the commitments of these shareholders, including pledges, transfers of ownership as security, assignments as security and guarantees, also when these loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies and have been granted free of charge.
