The company is a so-called Dedicated Trust Company pursuant to Art. 9 para. 3 of the Financial Institutions Ordinance (FINIV) and is exempt from the licensing requirement under the Financial Institutions Act (FINIG). The purpose of the company is to provide services as a trustee in Switzerland and abroad. To achieve its purpose, the company may engage in all types of activities and services related to the activity of a trustee, establish subsidiaries, branches and agencies in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland, acquire, hold, manage, encumber and sell real estate in Switzerland, and carry out all transactions and conclude all contracts that serve the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
