The Foundation's mission is to promote and support the well-being of humanity, both physically and mentally. We believe that a paradigm shift is taking place, where the future of healthcare is moving beyond the treatment of individual diseases towards the overall well-being of each individual. At the beginning of this paradigm shift, the Foundation has set itself the goal of advancing the change from a disease-oriented, reactive care to a patient-oriented, preventive medicine and promoting a human-centered, healthier and happier life for all. To achieve this, the Foundation will support and collaborate with other like-minded institutions, organizations, and individuals to foster innovation and drive this transformative progress. The Foundation will generate, manage, and utilize financial resources through both for-profit and non-profit approaches to fund activities that are in line with the aforementioned goals, particularly in the areas of health, biosciences, biotechnology, agricultural and food sciences, mental well-being, social and spiritual well-being, arts and culture, technology, ecological well-being, and sustainable living. To promote its purpose, the Foundation may: 1. Foster innovation, entrepreneurship, research, education, and training in the areas of the Foundation's purpose through investments, equity participations, loans, grants, donations, or other forms of support; 2. Establish domestic or international for-profit or non-profit organizations, acquire participations in them, or enter into partnerships with them, or finance individuals in areas that are in line with the purpose of the Foundation; 3. Develop and implement approaches that attract, reward, and support individuals, communities of people, and organizations to accelerate transformations and breakthroughs in the areas of the Foundation's purpose; 4. Promote collaboration and knowledge exchange by sponsoring and organizing conferences, symposia, and other initiatives independently or in partnership with others; 5. Engage in all business, financial, or non-profit activities that promote the purpose of the Foundation. The Foundation is authorized to carry out all activities that are consistent with its purpose, are related thereto, or are necessary for its achievement. Furthermore, the Foundation may acquire real estate and participate in and/or finance other legal entities. Within the framework of its purpose, the Foundation operates both domestically and internationally.
