The purpose of the company is to acquire, encumber, manage, lease, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to participate in real estate companies and enterprises with a registered office and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with the applicable regulations. Any activity carried out in the real estate sector is not directed towards third parties but is limited to real estate for its own account. The company may also carry out activities of representation, design, marketing, import-export, wholesale and/or retail, of articles and products of any kind, in particular instrumental goods in the context of enterprises, as well as the provision of services in these fields, and the assumption of representations, as well as the performance of economic intermediation activities.
