The Foundation's purpose is (i) to promote, develop, manage and orchestrate the Subspace Ecosystem; (ii) to promote and develop the so-called Subspace Protocol; (iii) to promote and develop technologies and applications that build on the Subspace Protocol; (iv) to provide training and education in the field of the Subspace Ecosystem and the Subspace Protocol and related technologies and applications; (v) to promote public awareness of the Subspace Ecosystem and the Subspace Protocol and related technologies and applications; and (vi) to hold and manage digital and non-digital assets for these purposes. To this end, the Foundation may support and finance suitable research and development activities as well as projects, companies and individuals (e.g. grants); take measures to distribute project tokens for community building (e.g. airdrops and bounties); publicly promote and educate the Subspace Protocol; issue, receive, use and store digital information units (tokens) (no speculative trading activities); contact various companies, partners, banks, regulators, authorities or other third parties for the benefit of the Subspace Ecosystem; expend received contributions and participate in companies; acquire, hold or grant trademark rights and other IP rights or license rights; organize conferences or other events that support and promote the Subspace Protocol; host, manage and manage websites and interfaces; create sub-foundations; and conduct and promote all business and participate in all transactions, and generally take all actions that are necessary, appropriate, related or desirable to achieve or promote the goals described herein. The Foundation may create a uniform framework for communication about the Subspace Ecosystem. To this end, the Foundation may issue a communication concept in the form of a regulation. The concept may be changed at any time by a decision of the Foundation Board. The Foundation may also create an Internal Control System (IKS) that covers the framework for the Foundation and the Subspace Ecosystem during all project phases. The guiding principle for the IKS and the framework for the Subspace Ecosystem is the value creation interests of the network participants. The Foundation Board shall issue the IKS in the form of a separate regulation. The IKS may be changed at any time by a decision of the Foundation Board. The Foundation may also transfer the fulfillment of its tasks to other organizations, create and/or promote existing ones. The Foundation may fulfill its purpose through its own employees or outsource the fulfillment of tasks. The Foundation may participate in other companies and establish subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The Foundation does not have a commercial purpose and does not aim to make a profit. The Foundation may make profits, provided and to the extent that this is necessary for the financing of the project and the development of the innovation. Within the framework of its purpose, the Foundation may be active in Switzerland and abroad. The founders reserve the right to change the purpose of the Foundation in accordance with Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code and the right to change the organization.
