The purpose of the company is to provide trustee services as defined in Article 17, paragraph 2 of the LIsFI, namely to establish a trust in accordance with the Convention of July 1, 1985 on the law applicable to trusts and their recognition, to manage a separate estate professionally in the interest of a beneficiary or for a specific purpose or to dispose of it. The company may carry out any activity related to and/or aimed at achieving its purpose, including the exercise of any fiduciary activity, and in particular to establish and administer companies, trusts or foundations, assuming the office of trustee or protector under the law and acting in a fiduciary capacity; the purchase, sale, administration of shares, company shares, real estate, investment in any kind of activity and in general any performance related to the management of participations or investments, including the conclusion of financing and the granting of guarantees. The company may provide any legal, tax, financial and commercial consulting activity related to the trust assets it manages, as well as provide assistance in administration. It will be active both in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also acquire, own and sell real estate in connection with the company's purpose.
