The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in other companies. It is authorized to carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are related to the company's purpose or are suitable to promote it, provided that no license is required for these activities. In particular, it can grant financing to participation companies or third parties, as well as provide guarantees and other securities.
