The foundation aims to: (i) promote and develop the TON ecosystem; (ii) promote and develop the so-called TON Blockchain; (iii) promote and develop technologies and applications that build on the TON Blockchain; (iv) support and finance suitable research and development activities as well as projects, companies, foundations, organizations, and individuals; (v) promote the TON Blockchain to the public and provide training (in particular, conducting and supporting workshops, hackathons, events, and the like); (vi) initiate, finance, and promote the integration of TON Blockchain applications into third-party networks, such as social networks, and enter into cooperation with third parties for this purpose; (vii) create and provide training materials, such as technical descriptions, and in general take all actions that are necessary, appropriate, incidental, or desirable to achieve or promote the goals described herein; and (viii) distribute grants and conduct competitions to motivate developers, companies, foundations, and organizations to contribute to the development of the TON ecosystem. The foundation may also assign the fulfillment of its tasks to other organizations, create and/or promote existing ones. The foundation may fulfill its purpose through its own employees or outsource the fulfillment of its tasks. The foundation may participate in other companies and establish subsidiaries, foundations, and sub-foundations in Switzerland and abroad. The foundation does not have a commercial purpose and does not aim to make a profit. The foundation may make profits to the extent necessary to finance the project and develop innovations. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation may operate in Switzerland and abroad.
