Promote the transformation of the cocoa sector by contributing to reducing the income gap of cocoa-producing households and promoting a more resilient and sustainable cocoa supply, starting with Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana, with the possibility of extending this initiative to other African states. The foundation aims to contribute to the improvement of the well-being of communities and families of cocoa producers in these countries. The foundation board of TogetherCocoa can specify, in regulations, these areas of action and other priority geographical areas in Africa. The foundation is a non-profit organization and does not aim to make a profit. The foundation may, in the course of pursuing its purpose, create one or more legal entities in Switzerland or abroad.
