The creation and administration of trusts; the exercise of all trustee functions, as defined in Article 17, paragraph 2 of the LEFin, executor of wills and general agent; the execution of all control and revision mandates and accounting; the execution of economic, financial and tax research and the provision of all advice in these areas; the acquisition, management and holding, mainly on behalf of third parties, of majority or minority interests in financial, industrial or commercial companies, in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the acquisition, exploitation and development of all industrial or intellectual property rights. The company may perform all acts in direct or indirect connection with its purposes.
