The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, ownership, operation and construction of real estate, as well as the management of any real estate in Switzerland. The company may carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are conducive to its corporate purpose or are directly or indirectly related to this purpose, participate in and acquire participations in other companies or group with them, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, acquire, create, participate in businesses that have a direct or indirect relationship with the statutory purpose, carry out any commercial, industrial and financial operation, whether movable or immovable, that is directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purpose, conclude contracts that are intended to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, as well as grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this serves the interests of the company.
