The company exclusively manages the assets of individuals with whom the company's shareholders have economic or family ties. It does not accept deposits and does not hold, in its own name, securities for the account of clients. The company may conduct all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may, in particular, acquire, sell, hold and manage shares in any type of company or corporation. With regard to shares or participations in companies holding real estate in Switzerland, such real estate must have an exclusively commercial use. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
