any activity in the real estate sector, including in particular consulting, promotion, acquisition, holding, development, construction, rental, administration, management, assistance and sale of properties and other movable and immovable assets; assistance in the search and management of properties and land; study, promotion and management of investment and construction projects; management and development of real estate projects through a general or total contractor, in compliance with the legislation and standards of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA). The company may carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, and take participations in other companies in Switzerland or abroad. It may also create subsidiaries or branches in Switzerland or abroad and manage other group companies. The company may intervene as co-debtor, guarantor and/or surety in favor of all third parties, in particular in favor of all its direct or indirect subsidiaries, its direct or indirect parent companies as well as the direct or indirect subsidiaries of the latter, with or without remuneration.
