The company's purpose is to acquire, sell, manage and administer participations in all companies or businesses, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland or abroad (with regard to real estate companies based in Switzerland, only those holding properties with exclusively commercial use). Furthermore, it may carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar businesses, in particular by taking participations in similar businesses. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
