Can I claim my profile for free?
Yes. The basic listing is yours permanently at no cost — you can maintain your short description, services and contact details. Entity, content, audit, monitoring and the action plans unlock with a plan.
Which plan is right for me?
Control is the analytical entry point for small companies. Climb (top seller) actively builds content and visibility for growing SMEs. Command delivers maximum AI visibility for market leaders and multi-site businesses.
What are the add-on packages and who can book them?
Command customers can top up content as a one-off purchase: the knowledge package with 6 additional articles and the comparison package with 3 further comparison pages. Both are available exclusively with a Command subscription.
How long is the minimum term and how is it paid?
The minimum term is always 12 months. Payment is made annually in advance. The plan renews automatically for a further 12 months unless cancelled no later than 30 days before the plan expires.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately, a downgrade at the end of the term.
What is the difference between the profile and the app?
Every plan includes both: a company profile in the ranQ directory (public, cited by AI models) and access to the ranQ app, where you create content, run audits and review analyses.
What happens if I cancel?
Your profile stays visible but falls back to the free basic listing. In concrete terms: your published knowledge articles and comparison pages are detached from the profile, the author box is removed, and the trust and EEAT score you have built up is no longer maintained. Because AI models continuously re-evaluate, your visibility declines again over time — and competitors who keep at it are more likely to be cited. Audit, report and the actions in the app are no longer accessible.
