The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, installation and operation of automatic orange juice dispensers, as well as all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or establish similar or similar companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
