The company's purpose is: - to carry out purchase, sale, brokerage and valuation operations of movable assets, such as vehicles, shares, securities, precious metals and paintings; - to carry out purchase, sale, brokerage, study, promotion, management, financing, valuation and construction operations of real estate, commercial or rental properties abroad and in Switzerland, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; to execute or have executed and supervise all construction work; to import, export and distribute, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, materials, construction elements and installations, including all accessories and ancillary objects. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches or subsidiaries, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, which favors its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, commissioner or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, - grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
