The purpose of the company is (i) to manufacture and offer holistic building solutions based on a service and product portfolio, the development, manufacture and marketing of proprietary 3D printing solutions for construction, including design, software, hardware and low-carbon building materials, with which elements for the construction of houses, schools, data centers, warehouses and other buildings and infrastructure can be produced on construction sites or in prefabricated plants; (ii) to operate local businesses in Switzerland and abroad; and (iii) to operate an innovation center, which serves the development, production and delivery of product innovations or technical innovations in the residential construction sector. The company may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold and sell real estate and intellectual property rights. The company may also carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures in favor of shareholders, group companies or third parties, as well as to grant loans to shareholders, group companies or third parties or to provide security for their obligations.
