The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the financial and investment sectors in general, including stock market investments, private equity, investments in any type of company, the purchase and sale of movable and immovable assets, excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE and excluding any activity requiring authorization under Swiss financial market laws. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and that promote its development, including the acquisition of interests in other companies. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad or found companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all securities, real estate (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and financial transactions, and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or likely to contribute to its development.
