The company's purpose is to operate a general construction business, all real estate transactions in Switzerland or abroad, namely construction, transformation, renovation, purchase, sale, management, rental, brokerage, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), the purchase and sale of movable assets, in particular motor vehicles, as well as any other activity directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; regarding their object - whether it concerns material (movable) or intellectual property or services; regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its shareholders, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this favors its interests.
