2.1 The purpose of the association is to provide patients with the prescribed pharmacological therapy from their doctor with reliability, safety and efficiency, taking into account the availability of human, material and financial resources available at any time and situation. 2.2 To achieve this purpose, a highly useful tool is automated blistering (packaging of medications in individual bags/film divided according to the day and time of intake). 2.3 The use of automated blistering allows for packaging that is: Safe: free from errors related to preparation and/or administration of the medication. Hygienic: the medication is not handled during preparation and is hermetically sealed in a protected environment that meets the highest hygiene standards. The film composed of bags is delivered directly to the requesting service within a maximum of 36 hours from the order. Personalized: each bag bears the patient's data, name and dosage of the medication, day and time of intake. Traceable: medications are always identifiable thanks to indications of shape, color, size and characteristics. Economic: only the medications taken by the user are invoiced (and not entire packages, with the risk of having surpluses). Generic medications are preferred over original ones (more expensive). 2.4 The scope of activity foreseen is the care of patients living at home, with or without health services provided by Spitex / Home Care Services / independent professionals. 2.5 The association is neutral from a political and denominational point of view.
