3.4 Holding Sàrl

The company's purpose is: Direct or indirect acquisition, administration and management of participations in companies or enterprises of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad; in general, the company may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable, real estate and other operations in Switzerland and abroad, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
