The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management, financing and disposal of all kinds of participations, in Switzerland or abroad. It may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: as regards their location - in Switzerland or abroad; as regards their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; as regards their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also enter into loan agreements with its shareholders, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
