The company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad is the purchase, sale, holding, administration and management of participations in all types of companies and enterprises, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may: - establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - acquire or hold participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish identical or similar businesses; - carry out all commercial, industrial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, and conclude contracts that are intended to develop the company's purpose, or that are directly or indirectly related to it, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE; - grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
