The cooperative defines itself as a purchasing cooperative and aims to achieve better economic efficiency through cooperation, i.e. the association of several cooperative members or companies, when it comes to the procurement of goods or services, particularly in the healthcare sector. It seeks to achieve this purpose, in particular, through: a) The acquisition of movable and immovable assets related to the healthcare sector or suitable investments that can be converted into such assets. b) The purposeful, modern maintenance of existing movable and immovable assets. c) The operation of companies related to the healthcare sector, which provide services and products to cooperative members who pay an annual cooperative contribution without consideration or at favorable conditions. d) Ideological and material support for efforts aimed at achieving affordable and sustainable healthcare. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies with similar or identical objectives and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose and suitable for promoting or facilitating the achievement of the cooperative's purpose, including the acquisition or sale of real estate.
