The company's purpose is to manage, administer, invoice, keep the accounts of companies, manage human resources, analyze existing companies and/or create new companies, plan, logistically organize and buy/sell medical and dental equipment. The company may also, either on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding all transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and take an interest, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by acquiring stakes in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, either as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
