The acquisition, holding, management and disposal (in any form, including through transfer, contribution or universal transfer of assets) of securities issued by: (i) Electra Capital; (ii) any company directly or indirectly controlled by Electra Capital (in particular following any contribution of securities held by the Company in the capital of any company controlling Electra Capital); and/or through (iii) any company directly or indirectly controlling Electra Capital. The management of the proceeds from the disposal of such participations, in particular for their reinvestment in the Electra group and/or distribution to shareholders (by way of repayment or distribution of dividends). The conclusion of the Electra Capital Shareholders' Agreement and related ancillary agreements, as well as the performance of any operation aimed at complying with their provisions. The provision of services in favor of Electra Capital or any company of the same group, including the possible exercise of corporate offices. The company may carry out financial activities exclusively on its own account, including the management of investment portfolios, investment activities in financial instruments, participations and other financial operations for its own assets. The company may also administer, acquire, hold and dispose of its movable and immovable assets.
