The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, and dispose of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception in Switzerland of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out in Switzerland and abroad, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial, or real estate transactions (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations in all commercial, industrial, or financial enterprises (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), and create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring, and intercession measures in favor of shareholders, group companies, or third parties, as well as to grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, group companies, or third parties, when this promotes its interests.
