In particular, the company is authorized to carry out financing operations of any kind, to grant loans to third parties, to direct or indirect shareholders of the company and to group companies, as well as to provide third parties with all kinds of securities and guarantees for the commitments of these direct or indirect shareholders or group companies, including when these loans or guarantees are in the exclusive interest of direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies and have been granted free of charge. The company may carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose. It may create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquire, hold, manage and realize participations in other companies, subject to the following conditions: a) The aforementioned real estate transactions in Switzerland are strictly limited to commercial properties (permanent establishments), excluding all residential properties b) With regard to the acquisition of participations, the company will not acquire participations in companies holding residential real estate in Switzerland.
