The company may create branches and subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire similar or related businesses or merge with such businesses, acquire, encumber and alienate land in Switzerland or abroad and carry out all commercial activities that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company. It may also provide financing on its own account or on behalf of third parties and grant guarantees for subsidiaries and third parties and act as guarantor.
