In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE); it may participate in companies or enterprises with a similar or other purpose and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, as well as grant and obtain loans or guarantees to associates or third parties.
