The company's main purpose is to subscribe, acquire, sell and manage all participations, both in Switzerland and abroad, as a holding company, in industrial, financial, commercial and real estate companies, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners.
