The company's purpose is to participate in or acquire companies of all kinds; manage the participations created or acquired, acquire, pledge or dispose of real estate; finance participation companies; coordinate the activities of participation companies. The company also has the purpose of carrying out all real estate transactions, such as buying, selling, promoting, managing, brokering, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE). The company may engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote its realization, conclude contracts that are likely to develop its activities or relate to them directly or indirectly, receive products in the form of interest, commissions and dividends, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, acquire or create identical or similar companies, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. It may carry out these operations for its own account as well as for the account of third parties. It may grant loans and provide guarantees in favor of any person, in particular its associates and managers.
