The company's purpose is: import-export, purchase, sale, rental of motor vehicles of all brands, new and used; trade in spare parts; operation of a garage and a mechanical workshop, maintenance and repair as well as breakdown service for all automobiles and all related activities. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions, except those prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) and handle all transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
