The company's purpose is: 1) the acquisition, construction, renovation, management, and operation of real estate properties, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law of December 16, 1983, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), with the aim of providing adapted housing for rent to people with special needs, including people with disabilities, neurotypical people (autism, ADHD, gifted, dyslexia, etc.), or any other specificity requiring inclusive housing; 2) the promotion of living together in a spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and inclusion, as well as the development and support of a competence center in the field of inclusive housing and associated services; 3) the facilitation of partnerships between people with special needs, their relatives, healthcare professionals, therapists, or any other person likely to improve the quality of life of tenants; 4) the development, marketing, or provision of products, services, digital tools, or organizational systems aimed at facilitating the daily life and autonomy of people with special needs, notably through innovative solutions in the field of housing, support, or accessibility; 5) the collection of funds, sponsorship, or any other activity intended to finance or promote the aforementioned purposes. In addition to its real estate activity, the company provides: 1) training, consulting, workshop, and facilitation services in the fields of artificial intelligence, quality management, and organizational strategy; 2) the provision of digital services, including notably data hosting, server administration, or any analogous services. The company may carry out all commercial, financial, or movable operations, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, or likely to facilitate its realization. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations in other companies, or collaborate with entities pursuing similar or complementary purposes.
