In addition to its real estate activity, the company provides: 1) training, consulting, workshop, and facilitation services in the fields of artificial intelligence, quality management, and organizational strategy; 2) the provision of digital services, including notably data hosting, server administration, or any analogous services. The company may carry out all commercial, financial, or movable operations, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, or likely to facilitate its realization. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations in other companies, or collaborate with entities pursuing similar or complementary purposes.
