The operation of an architectural consulting firm, specialized in all SIA (Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects) phases, namely preliminary analysis, regulatory and feasibility analysis, project development and design, authorization procedures, and the realization of works; consulting and accompanying the client, including support, strategic guidance, decision-making assistance, accompaniment during transactions (purchase/sale), as well as representation and assistance to the client; space planning and office layout, including analysis of businesses and processes, extended services in energy renovation; project optimization, including the takeover, densification, rationalization of projects, spatial optimization and improvement of typologies; environmental consulting in procedures, conducting environmental impact studies in the preliminary study, preliminary design and construction project phases, BAMO (client's assistance office) services and environmental monitoring of realization (SER). The company may, directly or indirectly in relation to its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial and real estate operations (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE - Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreign Persons), participate in all enterprises and activities, create branches or found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
