The company's purpose is: to acquire direct participations in any commercial, industrial or other companies in Switzerland or abroad, as well as to administer, purchase and sell such participations, excluding all operations subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); all purchase and sale, administration, representation operations having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development, in particular the acquisition of direct participations. The company may acquire and dispose of businesses, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any business in Switzerland and abroad having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire real estate, encumber, administer and dispose of it within the limits of the LFAIE, carry out all financing activities for its own account or for the account of third parties, grant guarantees and loans to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests. The company may carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose.
