The company's purpose is to market all types of industrially manufactured and prefabricated kitchens and bathrooms, to carry out public or private construction works, to build buildings intended for sale in whole, in part or by floors, whether for residential or commercial purposes, plots of land and buildings, and in general all types of real estate, parceling, urbanization, management, purchase, sale and leasing, on its own account and/or on behalf of third parties, of all types of rural and urban real estate, of free promotion and under official protection, planning, promotion, management, execution, purchase, sale, leasing and use, in whatever form, of buildings, plots of land, farms, hotels, tourist facilities and urbanizations, in whole or in part, with the proviso that the company in Switzerland may only own real estate with exclusively commercial use. In the exercise of these activities, the company may act as owner, contractor, subcontractor, tenant or in any other lawful capacity. Furthermore, the company shall carry out studies, projects, assemblies, installations, repairs, maintenance and overhauls of all types of electrical installations in general and of industrial and electronic networks, telecommunications and radio installations, television, security and IT systems, fire protection, refrigeration, heating, hot water and sanitary systems, air conditioning, lifting systems and mechanical systems in general as well as complementary systems for all types of works, in particular the sale, import and export, purchase and sale of all types of products from the aforementioned systems, the carrying out of studies, projects, installations, assemblies, repairs, maintenance and overhauls of all types of works and services in the field of plumbing as well as the purchase and sale of all types of products and materials from the related systems and the provision of services to other companies. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire participations in all companies, with the proviso that the company in Switzerland may only hold participations in real estate companies with exclusively commercial purpose, carry out all activities and assume all functions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this serves its interests, and it may purchase, manage and sell real estate (in Switzerland only those with exclusively commercial use).
