The company may, domestically and abroad, engage in any industrial, commercial, financial, and other activities, conduct transactions, and enter into legal transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or are suitable to facilitate or promote its achievement and/or the development of the company. Consequently, the company may, in particular, establish, set up, dissolve, or liquidate companies of all kinds, branches, and other representations in any form domestically and abroad, participate in other companies of all kinds domestically and abroad, merge with other companies of all kinds, acquire other companies of all kinds, or dispose of the participation in other companies.
