It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire enterprises with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such enterprises, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto, including the acquisition and sale of real estate, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may grant loans to the partners.
