It may engage in real estate development activities by itself or with third parties, studying and executing real estate construction projects intended for resale or not, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as all operations and commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company also has the purpose of trading in construction machinery and automobiles, their maintenance and servicing. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable operations, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests. It may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
