The activity of a trust company, as well as any activity in the fields of accounting and tax mandates, insurance brokerage, real estate brokerage, management of movable and immovable property, rental of immovable property, real estate transactions, financing brokerage, mortgage brokerage and all financial intermediation operations, both in Switzerland and abroad, subject to the operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, acquire or sell real estate, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
