The company may establish and/or finance branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, hold, and sell real estate (which qualifies as a permanent business establishment within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a of the Federal Property Law) in Switzerland and real estate abroad, as well as enter into and conclude all business and contracts that are suitable to promote the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
