The company's purpose is the promotion, purchase, sale, construction, renovation, rental and management of real estate in Switzerland or abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity that has a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may in particular create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts intended to develop and expand its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. It may grant loans to its members or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by its members or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to all other financial commitments.
