The branch has as its object, both for its own account and for that of its associates, to whom it contributes notably to promoting and ensuring development, all general operations whatsoever relating to the following activities: agroforestry, defined as a mode of exploitation of agricultural land combining trees and crops or livestock in order to obtain products or services useful to humans; the development and valorization of products resulting from the latter, including financial ones; research, development and innovation related to agriculture; the creation of all forms of networks or integrated or non-integrated, material or immaterial infrastructure, allowing to increase, qualitatively improve and strengthen the valorization of the production of farmers and/or artisans related to agriculture; the design and manufacture of all tools, solutions, installations or infrastructure related to these activities. The branch also has as its purpose, for its own account or for the account of third parties, as the case may be, within the framework of public or private partnerships: advice, training and training, both for the accomplishment of intellectual, technical and manual services, in the aforementioned fields as well as the purchase, sale, rental, importation, exportation of all materials, goods, raw materials transformed or not, apparatus and tools necessary for construction, maintenance, maintenance, repair and renewal of tools, machines and buildings related to agro-industry; the manufacture, production and marketing of all objects, products and articles manufactured or not intended to establish or promote the image of sustainable agriculture; the organization of events or events; and more generally, the assistance, assistance and advice of its associates in all these areas of activity.
