All real estate activities, except those subject to the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may also, in the interest of the group of companies to which the company belongs, grant loans or other financing to group companies, in particular by creating pledges, by transferring the company's assets in trust or by issuing a guarantee of any kind. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
