The purpose of the company is to manage the international Addedo Group and to participate in other companies. The company can provide all related services and establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company can grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to group companies and third parties, including their (direct and indirect) shareholders and their subsidiaries, also within the framework of cash pooling arrangements, and provide security of all kinds for the liabilities of such group companies or third parties, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfer of the company's assets or by guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or unremunerated.
